The offer of Makers-Lab is concentrated on special materials and parts, which are needed in many DIY- or Maker-projects. OpenSource and especially OpenHardware is the essential keyword.
Some of these projects are originated from the work of the OpenHardware-group OpenSourceEcology Germany and you can find the related project-pages, building-plans and BOMs on their website http://wiki.opensourceecology.de . Others can be from external OpenHardware- or Maker-projects.
Often the needed parts are special manufactured for a project and therefore difficult to get. By offering theses parts and materials we hope to spread the projects to a wider public audience and to inspire people for new projects.
Some of the parts are manufactured by our own, others are from external sources. We try our best to offer everything as single-parts, but also in reasonable combinations as kits.
We are always open for suggestions, ideas and inspirations from the Maker-community. If there is a brandnew and hot Maker-project, which we can support by offering our parts, please drop us a note.
